Clean, simple, freshly prepared noodle bowls and accompaniments inspired by the markets and street stalls of Asia. Streamlined to fit the American demand for quick, casual service and portable enough for Pop-Ups and Catered Events

Who We Are

We are really pleased (and relieved) to welcome our new Kitchen Manager and Culinary Operations Director, Christine Cambell.  Chris is a 2006 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a Certified Master Butcher from the University of Wisconsin. Her organization and culinary skills, her literal "farm to table"  experience of homesteading in Wisconsin, and with her ability to turn almost anything into something delicious completes our management team. With Christine on board, we can pretty much cook our way around the world. 


Michael Pardus is a chef, teacher, consultant, and writer. He travels frequently to South East Asia for research and for pleasure.


Beth Aretsky, aka "Grill Bitch", has over 20 years experience working in Manhattan's best restaurants and as a personal chef to elite clients in New York and The Hamptons. 




What we do

As a small start-up company we arrange with local venues to bring our concept to life at Pop-Up Events while we build our brand & base. We are available for catered events and will gladly customize a menu to fit your needs. See our Catering Menu in the Drop-down above.
